Overview

We aim to analyze what have been different American Presidents' approaches to propaganda, and how those strategy changes unfolded over time.
We are defining propaganda as a message to reinforce or change others political beliefs.

Corpus

We analyze the annual State of The Union Adress given by the President. Our corpus spans the years 1982 to 2025.

Tiberio Caricchio
I am a Senior majoring in Pre-Med Physics, and minoring in History.
My main areas of interest in the humanities are linguistics and agricultural revolution-archaeology.
Luis Castro
I am a Freshman CS Major with an as of yet undecided minor. I have interests in social sciences including sociology, history and ideology
